On Monday, Jamankira RI caught red handed while taking bribe by Sambalpur vigilance team. Officer name is Manoj Kumar Mahananda, who demand Rs. 9000 for preparing the field verification report for partition of the ancestral landed property.
Pankaj Bhue bags bronze in 100m sprint at National Para Athletics Championship
Pankaj Bhue, who had represented the Indian blind team in the 2012 and 2018 World Cups, won 100m bronze in T13 class of the National Para Athletics Championship with the timing of 12.17 seconds at the Kalinga Stadium on Tuesday.

Bayer Foundation Sets Up a 500 LPM Capacity Oxygen Plant at SDH Rairakhol in Sambalpur. In a partnership with LabourNet, the bayer foundation will implement the oxygen plant project. As of 500 LMP capacity, will help in supply 93-95 % Pure medical oxygen to 100 beds.
Killed while defecating in Burla
Some miscreants killed Lambodar Nayak while defecating near a canal in Burla, Sambalpur. He was found dead under mysterious circumstances at the Garadapali canal.
Resume Services of Sambalpur-Puri Intercity Train From April 10
The East Coast Railway (ECoR) has decided to resume the service of Sambalpur-Puri-Sambalpur Inter City Express from 10th of April, 2022. As per a statement issued by ECoR, 18303 Sambalpur-Puri Inter City Express will leave Sambalpur at 6 AM and will reach at Puri at 12.50 PM.
