They want to enjoy the view surrounding the hill from this Hirakhand watch tower. But it is yet to be inaugurated.

This is the season, when tourist are coming to view the sun rise and sun set in Budharaja Hill. If the tower will accessible for general public. it is good to view the beautiful sambalpur city from that height.
