Sambalpur new Collector & DM

The Odisha government today effected a minor reshuffle in the IAS cadre. Mr. Dibya Jyoti Parida has been appointed as the new DM and Collector of Sambalpur District.

He is an IAS of batch of 2016. Previously he was posted as the Commissioner of Rourkela Municipal Corporation.
