Sambalpur’s new Collector & DM

Shubham Saxena joined as the new district Collector cum District Magistrate of Sambalpur. He is an IAS officer of 2013 batch and served in various capacities in the State. He was previously appointed as the commissioner of BMC (Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation ).
